1. Educational research only
PROBE organizes market data, company metrics, and portfolio structure for research and educational use. PROBE is not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, fiduciary, tax adviser, or legal adviser. It does not execute trades or direct you to buy, sell, or hold a security. This is automated structural data analysis and does not constitute financial advice.
2. Your decisions remain your responsibility
Market data may be delayed, incomplete, revised, or unavailable. Calculations depend on the accuracy of imported holdings and third-party data. You are responsible for verifying information with primary sources and evaluating whether any investment decision is appropriate for you. Past performance and modeled values do not guarantee future results.
3. Waitlist and subscriptions
Joining the founding waitlist does not create a paid subscription and does not authorize a charge. When secure checkout is available, PRO is offered as a recurring monthly subscription at the price shown before purchase. Stripe processes payment information and renewals. You may cancel through the billing portal; cancellation ordinarily takes effect at the end of the paid billing period unless the checkout or applicable law states otherwise. PROBE does not promise refunds for partially used periods except where required by law.
4. Accounts and portfolio imports
You must provide accurate information, protect access to your account, and upload only files you have the right to use. Do not include brokerage credentials, full account numbers, Social Security numbers, or another person’s financial information. You are responsible for reviewing normalized holdings after import.
5. Generated text, audio, and risk metrics
Jarvis responses and spoken briefings are automated summaries of available inputs. Deterministic evidence cards—not the language model—supply displayed numerical values. Model-generated language can still be incomplete or inaccurate and must be checked against the attached evidence and primary sources. Risk scores, beta, drawdown, historical value-at-risk, Cornish–Fisher value-at-risk, component risk contributions, and similar outputs are estimates based on historical observations and stated, versioned methodologies; they cannot capture every market or personal risk. Missing inputs remain pending rather than being silently fabricated.
6. Acceptable use
You may not attempt to bypass access limits, extract service credentials, overload the service, misrepresent PROBE output as licensed advice, scrape or resell protected data, interfere with another user’s account, or use the service unlawfully. Access may be limited or suspended to protect users, providers, or system integrity.
7. Ownership and third-party material
PROBE’s interface, original explanations, and software are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Market data, filings, company names, trademarks, and provider content remain subject to their respective owners’ rights and licenses.
8. Availability and limitation
The service is provided on an “as available” basis during founding access. To the extent permitted by law, PROBE disclaims implied warranties and is not responsible for trading losses, missed opportunities, provider outages, data errors, or decisions made from automated output. Some jurisdictions may not allow every limitation.
9. Changes and questions
These terms may change as PROBE adds alerts or integrations. Material updates will be reflected by a new effective date. Questions should be directed to the PROBE team through the account or invitation channel that provided your access.
